Athar Summer Camp 2026

We do things differently here. Every single week, we dive into an exciting new theme packed with hands-on learning, creative coding sessions, and skill-building activities. But that’s not all—we balance brainpower with pure fun through high-energy games, swimming pool sessions, and non-stop adventure!

Strength from Within (قوة من جوة) is a child development program led by Mariana Maher, an educational program designer, certified trainer, and behavioral and psychosocial support specialist. Through weekly group sessions, children explore their emotions, understand themselves, build self-confidence, develop healthy communication, and strengthen their ability to cope with everyday challenges. Using interactive activities, games, storytelling, arts, and role-play, each session addresses a different topic related to self-awareness, emotional expression, resilience, relationships, and life skills. The program also offers individual sessions for children who may need additional support, as well as family sessions tailored to parents' needs. Our goal is to help every child recognize the strength within, develop practical skills, and become more aware, confident, and capable of supporting themselves in everyday life.

At Aknan, we offer meaningful and enjoyable activities designed for different ages, helping children and adults learn, grow, connect, and give back to their community. **For all ages**, our Qur’an program focuses on recitation, understanding the meanings of the Qur’an, and connecting its teachings to everyday life in a simple and practical way. **For children aged 5 to 8**, we offer engaging Arabic language activities that make learning enjoyable through interactive games, stories, and creative activities. **For boys above 8 years old**, Aikido activities are available to encourage physical fitness, discipline, confidence, focus, and respect. **For adults**, Aknan organizes charity and community trips, creating opportunities to support others, contribute to meaningful causes, and strengthen the spirit of giving and social responsibility. Through our programs, Aknan aims to create a balanced experience that combines learning, faith, fun, physical activity, and community engagement.
