Rebound Sports is a professional sports academy dedicated to developing young athletes through structured training, expert coaching, and a strong focus on both athletic and personal growth. We currently offer three sports: Basketball, Volleyball, and Handball, providing a dynamic and supportive environment where players can build their skills, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and passion for sports. Our Basketball program is officially registered with the Egyptian Basketball Federation – Cairo Region, giving eligible players the opportunity to pursue official registration and become part of competitive teams. This provides a clear pathway for athletes who aspire to take their performance to the next level and participate in official competitions. At Rebound Sports, we believe that every player has the potential to grow. Our programs are designed to accommodate different skill levels while maintaining a professional training environment that encourages commitment, continuous improvement, and sportsmanship. With a strong emphasis on quality coaching, player development, teamwork, and competitive opportunities, Rebound Sports aims to create a lasting sporting experience for every athlete and their family. At TD Athletics, our Junior program focuses on: * *Strength* — Every session includes structured strength work. * *Gymnastics* — Push-ups, pull-ups, hanging & body control. * *Agility & Coordination* — Footwork, reaction, balance & movement. * *Speed & Athleticism* — Running, jumping & landing. * *Conditioning* — We also introduce the kids to equipment like the Rower, Assault Bike & SkiErg, teaching them how to use them safely and correctly. * *Safety & Technique* — Small groups with proper coaching and individual attention. * *Progression* — We gradually develop each child’s skills and strength.

Fight Club Egypt offers kids a fun and active introduction to martial arts and fitness, backed by over 30 years of training experience. Training includes MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu, with both group classes and private training available. Through structured training and professional coaching, kids develop strength, fitness, coordination, discipline, and confidence in a supportive and engaging environment. Kids’ training includes 8 sessions per month, held every Sunday and Wednesday at 6 PM. Private training is also available by coordination with the captain.
