Resolve Academy is a private youth football development academy in El Tagamoa, New Cairo, for players aged 7-14. Training is built around the Responsible Player Pathway, which gives every player an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and the coaching attention to follow it. Sessions are made in small groups, with 2 to 5 players, so each child gets real feedback instead of getting lost in a big group. Video recording: We film sessions and review the footage with the player, so they can see their own habits, positioning and decisions rather than just being told about them. Evaluations: Each player gets a structured monthly evaluation against their IDP, plus a quarterly progress report. Parents can see clear progress and what to work on next. Home training: Players get individual drills to practice between sessions, so progress carries beyond the pitch and doesn’t stall between sessions.
