The Village is A Practical-Life and Nature-Based Camp designed to give children the chance to slow down, get their hands dirty, and truly be children. Developed to help children build independence, confidence, and real-life skills through community and nature. The Camp focuses on three levels of growth: 1. Practical-life-based learning> Children engage in purposeful, real-world tasks. Children see the impact of what they do, and that builds genuine confidence and independence 2. Nature-based Learning> Children explore, observe, plant, build, and create in the outdoors every day. 3. Social-emotional Learning> Through daily interactions, collaborative work & shared responsibility, children develop empathy, communication skills & a sense of belonging to a community that values them. Inclusive by design: The Village warmly welcomes children with diverse abilities and needs. Our program is intentionally designed so that every child — regardless of their profile, needs, or learning style — can participate meaningfully, build friendships, and thrive.
